Your question lacks any way to answer you usefully, as you have given no background or details. If you are in such a suit, expect to have it go very badly without a lawyer, so the fact that you are here indicates you have overlooked what matters, a lawyer.

As a very general answer, which will not help you as you have given NO facts, usually a step-mother, absent unusual facts, has no custody claims as she is unrelated to the child. Also as a general answer, aunts rarely get custody as typically there are closer relatives.
