I went to court for my final divorce hearing on 2-16-2010 and then I got remarried on 2-27-2010 but the judge did not sign my final decree till 3-10-2010 so is my new marriage even leagel?

Nope and I am sure your lawyer warned you NOT to do that! (You did I hope have a lawyer). You have commited bigamy, which is a crime, Since you got divorced since, you can likely fix this by getting married again, assuming your new "wife" wants to cooperate rather than prosecute you. (Otherwise you may need an annulment). See a lawyer with all the details and expect to have a very dificult conversation with the woman that is not your wife.
No, just because you went for a final hearing, does not mean you were divorced. You were not divorced until the Final Decree was signed by the court and filed with the Clerk. I suggest you immediately speak with an attorney to discuss the law, the status of your current marriage, and how to proceed to rectify the situation.
