Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am going before the court to get joint custody and visitation of my 2 children. The Aunt who has the kids left and moved to Hawaii while under the Rule Nesi order not to leave the state with the kids. Any Ideas of what the Judge might do?

How could we possibly know anything about you or your case? If custody and visitation are important, you would have a lawyer representing you.
If you go without a lawyer, a safe bet is that you will not get the results you expect as you will not know how to file for or argue contempt issues. There is no way anyone here who has not seen the paperwork and issues will be able to predict anything beyond the fact that interstate custody battles are so complex even some lawyers don't handle them, and it would be very risky to go to court without a lawyer.
