Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Court Order For Items in ex-husbands storage building that is being auctioned

My girlfriend's exhusband stole many of her items and has a court order from last June for him to return the items. He never has and then quit making payments on the storage building he was renting to keep the items in. The storage building's contents are going to be auctioned off. Since that is basically items stolen from her that a court ordered to be returned, does she have any rights to get her items (including her kid's baby pictures)?

Since he is in violation of a court order, she can file a Petition for Contempt. However, she should consult with a local attorney to make sure the procedure is followed correctly. She should do this ASAP. She should, also ASAP, look into getting a restraining order against the auction.
