Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Does court ordered health insurance include dental? If so, I would like to know where i can find a case that states that. My ex told me I would have to take him back to court if I wanted him to pay his half (dental), that totals $4,500. Thank you for your help

It may or may not depending on the exact wording of the order and paperwork in your case. Since you omitted that, no one here can answer you.
The attorney who represented you in your divorce will know the answer, so you should call him. Properly written divorce paperwork will contain specifics as to dental and medical care. Usually the only paperwork which is problematic is when people make the mistake of not hiring a lawyer to handle their case.
