Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a current court order, and there is an error on the order. my child's name is miss spelled, so when i went to changed his last name .they changed the birth certificate to ther wrong name due to it has to be just like its on the court order. note sure what i need to do. i need to changed the order to say his correct name.

You likely need to file a new name change case, except, if you submit a motion within 30 days of the incorrect order, a judge might correct it.
