custodial parent rights

I live in Georgia and want to know what rights the status of custodial parent confers. What does it mean in general terms to the non-custodial parent?

The custodial parent generally gets to make the decision as to where the child(ren) will live. I take it that you probably have other questions. I would advise you to consult with a local attorney to review the divorce decree as well as the surrounding fact situation.
