Custodial Rights

My ex wife has custody of my 7 year old son, I pay Child support and I have never seen him. I have another child and wife and wish to give my custodial rights. How I give up Custodial Rights adn avoid paying child support?

Re: Custodial Rights

There is no such thing as doing what you say. In fact it is a crime for you to go more than 30 days without paying support. The right to be supported belongs to the child, and you need to take responsibility and plan to pay your support. If you want visitation, you should hire a lawyer to pursue that (that issue is not related to the duty to support the child).
