Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my ex currently has custody of our child. her and her husband have no jobs, no bills, and live off govt. assistance.i know that the money i give her does not get spent on my child but rather their cigarettes and beer etc. is there anything i can do to track her spending legally so that the money gets spent on my child?

What she does with the child support is up to her, however if she is neglecting your child, I would go to court and try to get custody, this way you know where and who your money is going to. Is this a case that perhaps you need to get DFAC's involved with to gain custody? Call me if I can be of further help.
