I am divorce for aprx. 5-6 years, My ex-wife, have recently fallen into the hands of Child Protective Services, I just found out today after recieving a letter stating I owe child support to my ex- mother-n law, but according to my divorce we both shared joint legal custody of my son who is now with chils services what can I do to get my son?
