I want custody of my grandmother

My father and mother have recently decided to divorce, fine, that i get... but my father has plaaced his mother, my grandmother in a nursing home and has taken gaurdianship of my grandmother. I see him as unfit, mentaly, and physically. He is Disabled by law, on mood stabilzers, which he neglects, and has an assult and battery charge against him from my younger brother, and I am afraid he may be using her money other than to take care of her... is there anything I can do to place her and her estate in my hands, just to take care of her?

Of course you have an action to take, but it is too complicate to explain in this type of forum. The probate court judges are always most focused on the best interests of the ward. You should immediately consult with a local attorney about having your father removed as guardian.
