Custody

I have joint custody of my six year old son. I have primary physical custody and his father get's visitation every other weekend and one day a week. We both currently live in Georgia and have since the divorce. Due to a better career opportunity, I will be moving back to my home town in Maryland. Do i have the right to take my son and can his father get me for kidnapping even though i give him wriiten notice of our plans?

The answer in your case would require a lawyer to read the divorce papers. In any event, he could petition to change custddy, so you need to see a lawyer before even considering this.
