Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Custody after misdeamor

I am a divorced mother with a daughter of 15-years-old. Lately, my daughter has been extremely disrespectful to me plus has bad grades in school. I work two jobs and do not make much money. My ex-husband resides in GA but works in Colorado Springs, CO. No matter what I do in a calm way, with my daugher, she does not listen. Actually, she thinks she is the boss and orders me around. I am not able to discipline her. Last week, she was so disrepectful to me that I pulled her hair (to get her attention). She told her father and he had me arrested for simple battery. I was arraigned with no bail (ROR) and told to get counseling for my daughter and me by Judge. I have Primary custodial rights to my daughter per divorce decree. Since my arrest, my ex-husband has had her in his custody and not allowing me to see her or go into counseling. Again, I was told by judge I could see her. My ex-husband is still keeping me from seeing her. She is residing at his residence in GA. Even though I made a mistake, I still feel I have my primary custodial rights to my daughter and to reconcile with her. Am I correct? What can be done about seeing my daughter and exercising my parental rights? Is my ex-husband in contempt now?
