Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Custody problems

My exhusband and I have joint custody of our three children. My ex has physical custody. I gave physical custody for the simple reason of me going back to school to better myself for the childrens sake. I did not have a lawyer when we divorced and alot of things was put into the agreement that I did not catch and was lied to. Right now we have an agreement that says I get the kids 4 weeks out of the summer and it can be no more than two consecutive weeks at a time. I made a verbal agreement that I would take the kids one week at a time and he do the same this summer. He decided that it was not good enough and demands that I take my chidren two weeks and he takes them two weeks. In the papers it does not say that I HAVE to take them two weeks at a time. With my job it is hard and now he is threating me that if I don't take them the two weeks at a time then he is going to take my children away from me. I also moved in with a roommate (only) and he says that he will take the kids until I move into a place of my own. The roommate has their own room and I have mine plus we are not together and are of the same sex.Does he have the right to do this to me.
