Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Custody, Relocation, Out of Wedlock

My fiance has lived in Georgia for the past 15 years and wishes to relocate to Michigan to be married, and to set up permenant residence with me and her children. She is orginally from Michigan. She has two children with a man which she was never married to. Both her and this man have lived in Georgia since the children were born. The childrens' ages are 12 and 9. They have never been to family court since they were never married, thus, there is no court order regarding custody. Does the father have any standing here in interfering with her desire to relocate ?
