Who Has Custody?
I temporarily lost custody of our two sons after unknowningly removing them from the jurisdiction of the court and because my soon-to-be ex-husband had a better plan of keeping our son in the school that he attended (who happens to be in another school today). My question is: ''Who has custody, now that the Temporary Protection Order, filed by myself, has expired?'' One son now resides with one party, while the other son (the baby) resides with myself. A pending divorce hearing is scheduled within the next two weeks.
