Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Custody and Visitation

My ex-husband has custody of our two daughters. But he is refusing me my visitation rights that were court ordered, which are every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each time I call his residence to ask if i can see the children or to ask about their welfare he is really rude to me and hangs up on me. Please help me with this.

Consult with a local attorney about filing a contempt against your ex. The annorney may get an award of attorneys fees from him.
