my ex wife lives in the state of LA. we have three kids. we are divorced. we have dule custduty of our kids when there with me in GEORGA she never calls if she does she says all kinds of mean things to them how they dont love her and so on when there in LA i call the kids every week she also has this problem of saying bad things to the kids about me which realy upsets the kids she does no house work does not work a real job my oldest dau. does the cooking washing of clothes cleaing of the house she is only 13 the house is always dirty when i come to see them they never seem to be happy how can i get full custduty.

Contact an attorney in Louisiana. Jurisdiction is proper there because that is where the mother resides. Good Luck.
