Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My dad has committed fraud and forgery by altering my school withdrawal form and signing mine and my mom's signatures. He did this under oath which would also be perjury. We finally have my original withdrawal form and the altered one. I was wondering if we could press charges on him or have an emergency hearing to switch custody. Right now, my dad has custody of me and my sister but my mom was treated unfairly in court and she should have custody of us. Last October, my dad had an emergency hearing for temporary custody and won by committing crimes. Later they got a divorce and he has custody. Is there a way to get him in trouble for what he has done and for my mom to win custody of us?

If your mother wants to have the matter reviewed by the Court, she needs to discuss it with her lawyer. If she believes she was treated unfairly by the Court, it was also something to discuss with her lawyer at the time. If she has chosen to not have a lawyer throughout the process, it probably explains the results. A child complaining about the situation on the internet does no good at all.
You as a minor can't do anything. Your mother can. She can get a lawyer and seriously pursue this, or she can probably lose the case and represent herself. Ask her why she hasn't bothered to get a lawyer.
