Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughter was adopted by my 2nd ex husband in 2009 after a JAG attorney helpped us with the paper work and the peoples search for her biological father. The last time I had seen or heard from him was in July 2004. He never sent support in any kind. So the judge had no qualms about signing the petition. My question is now my 1st ex husband went and found my daughters iological father. I want to know if he has any rights at all and if I have to have contact with him. I dont want to get into trouble any where. This man is calling my house out of the blue at 1 am. and threating me that he "is going to get his daughter back" Which I dont understand to begin with since he never had her to begin with. I just need advice. Please
