My daughter is in the early stages of a divorce. Her husband is verbally and emotionally abusing her. Can she get a legal separation while waiting for the divorce to finalized?

Georgia doesn't have legal separations. The fact you ansked indicates that your daughter has failed to do the one essential thing that she has to do unless she wants an awful result - retaining a lawyer. Abuse can be addressed by a lawyer.
