Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Need Help with Daughter

Hello. My ex-wife has never gone by any court order regarding interaction with me and my daughter. She is currently court ordered to let me talk to my daughter at LEAST 3 times a week for 15 minutes. She has yet to do that since the court order was put in place. I usually only get to talk to my daughter 1 time a week. I have taken her to court for contempt several times but she never follows court orders. Are there any criminal charges I can press against her? My daughter is 6 and lives over 500 miles away from me. Speaking on the phone is a MUST for our relationship. I live in GA and my ex wife and daughter live in North Carolina. Please help.

Re: Need Help with Daughter

You should consider consulting with a local attorney, but I would think if you contempt her enough times, the judge will say "Enough" and put her in jail.
