Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughter has filed for divorce but it is not final yet. Her husband lives about 3 miles from her. Some nights he calls her house 15 or 20 times. Last night her phone showed he dialed her number 25 times between 9:30 and 10:30 PM. Two children ages 6 ad 8, are asleep by that time. A ringing phone is very harrassing. Can she take legal meaures to stop this?
