Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughter has been living with my parents in GA while i've been away for six months. I have full custody and my ex wife recieves visitation. She somehow fond out that i was not in GA and want to take my daughter away. I can't let that happen because my daughter is afriad of her mother and of living with her mother. she has spoken of emotional and sexual abuse and has to see a conselor, but aside form word of mouth there is no other proof that her mother is an unfit parent. My daughter is ten, is there a way to keep her at my parents house while I am still away? How do I maintain custody of my daughter? How do I protect her from her mother?

How can you possibly expect to win custody if you are failing to be with them? Two steps that would be vital are (1) get a lawyer, and (2) have your daughter with you.
