Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a daughter. Been with same man 9 years now but not married. Can I seek alimony along with child support. Mental and emotional abuse. Do not have high pay job.

No.

Since you chose to live in an illegal relationship not sanctoined by law, you chose not to have any rights a married woman would have. That was a poor choice but cannot be fixed.

Nonetheless, you can seek child support when you separate. In the future, bear in mind that if you want the legal protections of marriage, you have to get married.
