If my daughter mom lives in Los Angeles and I live in GA can she be ordered to come to GA if we need to go back to court for violating our current visitation order?

You don't tell me where the current visitation order was entered or who has custody. If a prior state has entered a custody order it generally retains jurisdiction over the custody case as long as one of the parents is still in that state under the UCCJEA (uniform child custody jurisdiction enforcement act).

If the order was entered by GA and you still live there, the answer is yes. If the order was entered somewhere else, then no.
