Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a daughter who is 16 months old. Her "dad" has not been around since i was 6 months pregnant. I have heard that after 2 years of no contact of any kind, that their legal rights are terminated is this true?

No.

He has a duty to support the child until age 18 that you cannot terminate, and he can, at any time, seek visitation or custody.
