My ex mother in law has temporary custody of my youngest daughter. She is trying to buy my parental rights, but i wont give them up. She said that I could call my child anytime, but never answers and won't let me see her. I called yesterday on her birthday, but she had the phones turned off. Is it legal for her to keep me from my child when I still have rights to see her??
