Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughter turned 18 2 years ago in Georgia.. She graduated from high school. My child support did not stop per her emancipation. I am working on that now. May I sue to have the child support that was overpaid returned to me?

Who would you like to sue? You cannot sue CSE, however, you can file a petition with the courts and in that, ask for any overpaid funds to be returned to you.
