my daughter will turn 18 on dec. 2nd.will my child support payments stop..

It depends on the terms of your divorce decree/custody arrangement. If you have more than one child, typically the support continues until the last child turns 18, or sometimes until the last child graduates from college, although every situation is different. Read your divorce decree or hire a lawyer who can go pull the documents from the Courthouse and review them and advise you of your rights. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
