Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

haven't seen daughter in 2 1/2 yrs.

Since divorce papers signed, been paying child support like I am suppose to and havent seen my daughter in 2 1/2 years. I do have rights to see my daughter and it has it in the divorce decree, about my visitations.I dont no where she is and what kind of life she is living in. What are my legal rights as a concerned parent?

Her mother called here and told us that she was changing her name and the papers would be in the mail. She has said this time and time again. Why is she pushing to have this name changed? Could she get in trouble for this if she does this without my consent?

If mother lives in one county and the child goes to a school in another county where she doesnt live. Isn't there a law for that?

You should contact a local divorce attorney about filing contempt of court charges against your ex-wife.
