my daughters boyfriend live together, they have been together for 6 or 7 yrs, they have a 2yr old and a 2 week old, he broke up with her and walked out, she has no job to support them or her self, he also is claiming she is his wife on facebook and she is using his last name, they never married, what does she need to do?
