Daughter's Custody
My daughter is 13 years old. Her mother wants to move from GA to AZ. My ex-wife has physical custody of my daughter . My daughter wants to stay with me. Can my ex-wife take her against her will? What I need to do to obtain custody?

You need to hire a lawyer and get a court order giving you custody. This is best done before she leaves the state.
