Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Daycare and Non-Primary custodian parent

I have been going up to my Childs daycare in the morning and my ex doesnt approve, he said that he would take him out of the daycare and back into his old one which wouldnt allow me to spend time with him. There is nothing in the custody papers that says I cant spend time at the daycare, what should I do?

Re: Daycare and Non-Primary custodian parent

To provide you an answer an attorney would have to review the court order. At that point an attorney could speak with you about seeking a modification.
