Default Judgement
I filed for change of custody and ex-spouse has not answered, it's past the 30 days. What do I need to do ?

You need to wait forty five (45) days from service. Then you can set the case down for a final hearing and make your case out to the judge. The law does not require you to give notice, but the judge may since the matter involves children. That is in the judge's discretion.
