Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can a disabled wife sue her husband for non support while still married to him? My husband is an attorney with his own pratice. He has let his clients list drop since he knows that i found out he is having an affair. He clains that he has no money and is not making any money. He has done a great job of hidding his assets.

Get an attorney. You can ask for spousal support. You have an uphill battle - it will depend on the judges and how well they, the attorneys and your husband are connected and whether they will side with your husband. If so, you might need an aggressive out of county attorney who will not be intimidated.
