Dividing Retirement

After 43 years of marriage with both spouses retired, how would each of their retirement monies be divided. He worked 40 years, she worked 20. Would all funds be divided 50/50 or would he be able to keep more?

Georgia is an equitable division state, which means that it will be divided based upon what is fair ot both sides considering each persons contribution to the marraige, standard of living, etc.
