Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My divorcd decree says to pay Child Support unitl the child is 18 and continue if she is a full time student up to 5 years. CESA Released me in April of 2007 due to the 2001 revisions to uniform interstate family support act, section 611 subsection (d). I continued to send money to the mother to help with my daghters college. Now she is harassing me for more money, saying I'm defaulting on my support obligation. Am I in default? Or can i cut the mother out of the equasion and send money to my daughter. I was divorced in Hawaii. I now live in Georgia and My Ex-Wife and Daughter are in North Carolina.

The answer depends on the exact wording of the decree and has nothing to do with any uniform act. Since we have not read the exact wording, no one here can respond without reading it. See a lawyer before you get in further trouble to determine what you should have been doing.
