Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In the divorce agreement between my ex and I if I was late on a car payment he could and did demand the car back. He is bipolar with a personality disorder, I did not want him to know my actual physical location, and rather than fight him I gave it to him but did not sign over the car in any way - just took it off my insurance and returned it to him. My name is first on the title and on the auto loan, there is only approx $8,000 left on the loan. I live in North Carolina and he lives in Georgia. He has remarried and I just found out he recently traded the car for a new car because based on the information from Honda I got an email regarding my satisfaction with the new car. I am curious can he do that without my signature?

If your name is on the car, I do not see how he could have done that legally. However, your divorce papers may indicate something such that the car ownership reverts solely to him by operation of law. The other possibility is that he forged your name to the title by having another woman pose as you.
