Without reading the exact wording of the agreement AND the parenting plan, there is no way anyone here can answer you.

Since your divorce involved children, and no one would think of signing an agreement without a lawyer's review, you should have an attorney who is already familiar with the wording. If you can't figure out the wording, that is the person you should ask. (If you made the almost always huge mistake of proceeding without counsel, the odds of having sloppy or bad language is higher and you may end going to extra expense you could have avoided hiring a lawyer now to enforce or clarify the language).

Any answer without reading both of the above documents would be a complete guess.
