Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In my divorce I only asked for child support till my child graduated from highschool. My daughter is going to college full time. Is there anyway I can ask for child support why my our daughter attends college full time? My last child support due was June/2010/ Have I waited to long to be able to ask for support. My daughter is not working and will not be working while attending college.I live in Flordia. My x-husband lives in Georgia . Our divorced took place in Georgia.

Georgia law does not permit child support past age 18 with only two exceptions.

One is if a child is still in high school it can be ordered past age 18, but only to the end of high school.

The second is if the parties agree to college that can then be ordered. Unless he will agree you cannot get a court to order it.
