my boyfriend and i have been living together for 5years he was married 10 years ago and they split up we won't to get married but have not been able to fine her she has been in trouble with the law and was on probation for a felony so we do not know how to go about getting a divorce with out it coasting 1000.00 are more is their any other way to do this.

You can do a divorce by publication, but it will cost you something for an attorney to assist you. How much will depend on the attorney you find to help you.

A divorce by publication will likely (depending on where you live) cost less than that, especially if you are in metro Atlanta. If you are in the Atlanta area, we can discuss fees with you (it has to be done in the countyw here you live).
