Divorce and Child Custody

9 months ago my husband and I separated. I was allowing him to see the baby on the weekends. Then about 1 1/2 months after he picked up the baby for a visit and never came back! I have been unable to locate him. I have no address or phone number for him. How do I go about getting custody and my divorce?

You can have the Court award you custody through an ex parte order and you must track him down thru law enforcement...you need an attorney asap......
