Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Divorce and child visitation

My ex-wife recently left me for another man and she took our daughter we had after we were married, out of state to live in alabama. I want to see my daughter and have her come see me. What are my rights?

You saw your ex-wife moved, which means there already was a divorce. Your visitation rights are shown in that divorce. If you are unsure after reading them (and they should be clear) call the lawyer who handled your divorce to explain the paperwork.
