Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife has committed adultery. And I am filing for divorce. We have a 4yr old child whom I've been the primary care giver. She has agreed to me having physical custody but I don't trust her. I wanted settlement papers to see if we could avoid court. Financially a trail is too expensive so who can I get settlement papers drawn at a reasonable rate without paying high retainer fees?

Uncontested divorce is not that much. Call around and check some rates, you might be able to get a fixed rate.
