Divorce

If my children are 18 and older should they be listed in my uncontested divorce complaint? Although my son's are in college I am not requestin any support at all. Only want marriage dissolved, we have been apart since 2004.

This is a question you should be addressing to your attorney. If you do not have one, get one. Even if you proceed pro se (which is generally a very bad idea) it is important to get counsel for a lawyer to determine how to address all the issues in your case.
