divorce no children
divorce no children can that person be liable for the debt occured during the marriage,he moved out and took alot of items when he left,what can I do?

You are not personally liable for the debts in another's name, but the diviorce court can divide the debt and make each party responsible for the debt. The court will also divide up the assets acquired during the marriage.
