Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my divorce decree ordered my ex husband to assume all responsibility for any outstanding balance on morgage and fully indemnify and hold me harmless therefore. he is not paying the morgage therfor my credit is showing delinquentcy. what can i do about this?
