Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
How can you get a divorce decree rewritten or specific things added for clarification? My fiance's ex-wife does not hold up her end of the agreements about the children and visitation. We live in Atlanta, her and the kids live in Pittsburgh. She never pitches in on the cost of seeing the kids. It costs him at least $500 in gas every month to see them. We have the kids for the summer and the original plan to take them back was her meeting us half way, well apparently she doesn't have the money to meet him half way and is causing a lot of stress and drama over this. Is she responsible for half the cost of visitations?

If she is violating the language of the agreement, he can sue her for contempt. If circumstances have changed since the decree some things may be modified. He should see a lawyer about both.
Unless the decree says she pays for visits, he does.
