Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My divorce decree states that my ex-husband and I will split the children's medical expenses. The problem is my ex-husband will take the prescriptions to a civilian pharmacy and pay $72 for medications that we can both receive for free through the air force base where he is stationed. He also has access to an online pharmacy through the Air Force that you can receive 3 months worth of medication for the same price as 1 month of medication if the AF base pharmacy doesn't carry it. Should I have to pay for half of the medication just because he chooses to spend more? He makes a substantially higher income than I do. I have informed him of the cost benefits for the past 5 years and he continues to do this. I finally said I am not paying it and now he said he is taking me to court. Should I have to pay?

The answer depends on the wording of the divorce papers and who has decisionmaking as to medical decisions. Since you left that out there is no way to answer you.
